Thank you for stopping by my blog. As a preacher, it can feel like my life revolves around Sundays. That’s ok with me. I love Sundays and all they encompass in the life of a church. The music, the fellowship, the communal studying of God’s word all enrich my soul each week. I love Sundays.
I also know that life is more than Sundays. Between Sundays, you’ll find that I’m like other Christians, doing my best to put into practice the teachings of Jesus in the ordinary parts of my life including how I treat my family, my coworkers, and the strangers who cross my paths.
I believe with all my heart that faith matters every day of the week. I hope this blog becomes a place where you and I can talk about faith in between Sundays and support each other as we attempt to follow Jesus every day of the week.
For the next few months I’ll be writing daily about my church’s attempt to read through the Bible in 90 days. I hope to also add some other thoughts along the way.

This program of reading the Bible in 90 days, with reinforcing thoughts on the blog and on Wednesday night, is a great way to keep our Church members interacting and engaged in the Word. Really should be a great 90 days for all of us!
I got started quite late, but after inquiring this weekend, have found myself caught up and a little ahead. That’s because God’s word is so addicting! I just found out about the blog and am looking forward to reading it each day.
